2nd National Conference of Young Scientists “Contemporary Challenges of the National and European Legal Space”

The 2nd National Conference of Young Scientists “Contemporary Challenges of the National and European Legal Space” was held on June 7, 2025, at the SGMK College of Legal Sciences. The event brought together young legal scholars and researchers from various academic centers, creating a space for scientific reflection on current legal issues at both the national and European levels. 

During the thematic panels, 24 speakers presented their papers. The participants represented five universities: Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Warsaw, Academy of Zamość, Pontifical University of John Paul II in Kraków, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, and University of Siedlce. The presentations covered a wide range of legal issues, demonstrating the diversity of research approaches and the topicality of the subjects discussed. 

The conference was supervised by a committee composed of Prof. Fabrizio Giulimondi, Dean of the SGMK College of Legal Sciences, who served as chair, Dr. Ryszard Pankiewicz, Dr. Maciej Andrzejewski, and Rev. Dr. Paweł Lewandowski, Vice Dean of the SGMK College of Legal Sciences. The event was organized by the Organizing Committee, chaired by Rev. Dr. Paweł Lewandowski, and also composed of Ms. Katarzyna Kubasiewicz and Mr. Mateusz Pałka. 

The event was an important forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences among young legal scholars addressing current issues in the national and European legal space. The conference was not only an opportunity to present research results, but also a place for young scientists to exchange experiences and establish cooperation.
