On October 9, 2023 the National Bank of Poland organized, in cooperation with the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School and the Copernican Academy, a scientific conference entitled “The European Union in Light of Proposed Treaty Changes. Legal and economic consequences for Poland”.
The subject of analysis and discussion was the “Report on the Amendment of the EU Treaties” containing proposals for 267 amendments to the two Treaties – on the European Union and on the Functioning of the European Union.
During the event, the SGMK hosted a number of prominent scholars including Prof. Adam Glapiński, President of the NBP.
The conference was held in the historic building of the State Agricultural Bank at 50/54 Nowogrodzka Street in Warsaw.
