In its academic and research activities SGMK integrates five “Copernican” disciplines, offering doctoral programs through five colleges: College of Astronomy and Natural Sciences in Toruń, College of Medical Sciences in Olsztyn, College of Legal Sciences in Lublin, College of Philosophy and Theology in Cracow and College of Economic Sciences and Management in Warsaw.  

SGMK is authorized to confer doctoral and postdoctoral degrees in the disciplines of economics and finance, legal sciences, philosophy, theological sciences, astronomy and medical sciences.    

Our curriculum is developed and implemented by world-class experts. SGMK provides students with direct access to knowledge of scientists and specialists from top research centers (M.I.T., Oxford University, Cambridge University, Stanford University, Princeton University, Harvard University, La Sapienzia and many others), including many Nobel Prize winners: Prof. Paul Krugman (in economics), Prof. William E. Moerner (in chemistry), Prof. Joachim Frank (in chemistry), Prof. Didier Queloz (in physics), Prof. Michel Mayor (in physics), Prof. Arthur B. Mc Donald (in physics), Prof. James E.B. Peebles (in physics), Prof. Barry Barish (in physics).
