Law in the face of new technologies and human rights

The second room, moderated by Fr. Dr. Paweł Lewandowski, Vice-Dean of the Faculty, will cover mediation ethics, corporate governance in public companies, the emerging concept of “quantum law” in legal doctrine, and new challenges in labour law.
The second session will address sharenting and the commercialisation of children’s image on social media, civil liability for damages caused by AI systems, the legal status of cultural heritage, and the ontological foundations of human rights. The parallel stream will examine the institution of occasional tenancy, the role of family in criminal proceedings, and the limits of personal rights protection in disputes concerning religious worship.
