Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School

Legal Training for the SGMK Stakeholder Council

A training session focusing on the practical aspects of implementing the amended Act on Spatial Planning and Development was held on September 22 at Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School. The session was led by experts from Graś & Partners Law Firm, specializing in local government and administrative law.

During the training, participants were presented with the most important changes in the Act, the obligations of local governments under the new regulations, and best practices in spatial planning.

The training was delivered in both in-person and online formats as part of a series dedicated to members of the Stakeholder Council of Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School, organized in cooperation with the Association of Polish Local Governments.

Thanks to the agreement concluded between the Association of Polish Local Governments and Graś & Partners Law Firm, members of the SGMK Stakeholder Council are taking part in a series of specialized legal training sessions dedicated to the challenges of modern administration, local government, and non-governmental organizations.

The SGMK Stakeholder Council brings together representatives of public administration, business, education, media, and NGOs. Its activities are based on cooperation and consensus, with the main goal of supporting the quality of education, identifying areas of development, creating innovative educational solutions, and building lasting relationships with the socio-economic environment.
