Prof. Gertruda Uścińska, Rector of Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School, took part in the “Modern HR of the Future” conference, held on May 15-16 in Warsaw. 

The event brought together experts, leaders and practitioners in the field of human resource management. The theme of the conference focuses on the challenges and directions of HR development in the context of dynamic technological, social and organizational changes. 

Among the topics discussed during the event are the use of artificial intelligence in HR processes, managing a diverse team, pay transparency and building an organizational culture in the era of transformation. 

The conference is organized by the Allerhand Institute and Ralen Group.
