The leading topic of discussion was cooperation in supporting refugee students from Ukraine currently residing in Poland. Talks on this topic were initiated already during the first phase of the Russian aggression against Ukraine and have been systematically conducted ever since.

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education regards the developing cooperation with Japan and Ukraine as part of a strategic, long-term partnership.
