Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School is strengthening its institutional partnerships. The SGMK Stakeholder Council has welcomed new members: world champion Justyna Franieczek along with her partner organizations – the Tadeusz Pietrzykowski National Foundation for the Development of Sport and the Central European Center for Strategic Analysis.
The Stakeholder Council operates on the basis of collaboration and consensus, bringing together representatives of public administration, business, education, and non-governmental organizations. Its mission is to support the advancement of teaching, research, and innovation at the university, while fostering lasting relationships with the socio-economic environment.
The new members will expand the Council’s expertise in the fields of social strategy, public communication, technology and digital transformation. These partnerships will help advance the university’s research, educational, and operational activities, with particular emphasis on innovation and cooperation with sectors beyond academia.
The Tadeusz Pietrzykowski National Foundation for the Development of Sport is an organization that supports the growth of sport, sports education, and the commemoration of distinguished athletes. Its presence in the Council will provide valuable expertise in sports education, the promotion of physical activity, and social initiatives.
The Central European Center for Strategic Analysis is a think tank specializing in the analysis of geopolitical, strategic, and socio-economic processes in the Central European region. Its involvement in the Council will strengthen the university’s analytical capacity and foster cooperation in interdisciplinary research and public policy development.
The new Council members will take part in the current cycle of meetings as well as legal and specialist training, enhancing the skills they bring to Council activities.
Joint initiatives will focus on identifying development areas for the university, supporting student talent, and creating educational and research projects in collaboration with practitioners.
The SGMK Stakeholder Council works to create synergy between the university and external partners, enhancing the quality of education, identifying growth opportunities, and developing innovative educational solutions. It includes local government institutions, NGOs, and enterprises from the socio-economic sector. The new members will strengthen this body by contributing both substantive expertise and practical experience, equipping the Council even better to support the university’s mission and address contemporary challenges.
