SGMK Publishing House presents a new monograph devoted to the national and European legal space

SGMK Publishing House has released a scientific monograph entitled Contemporary Challenges in the National and European Legal Space (Warsaw 2025), edited by Fabrizio Giulimondi and Paweł Lewandowski. The publication is the result of the 2nd National Conference of Young Scientists, which took place on June 7, 2025, at the College of Legal Sciences of the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Lublin.

The monograph addresses the highly topical issue of the functioning of law in the context of dynamic European integration and globalization. The collected articles highlight the need for legal analysis from a comparative, transnational, and interdisciplinary perspective, taking into account the case law of national, European, and international courts. The authors, representing four academic centers, address issues in the fields of constitutional, criminal, civil, labor, commercial, consumer protection, new technology, legal theory, and international and European law, among others. Particular attention is paid to reflections on the role of case law, “multi-level constitutionalism,” and the processes of internalization and globalization of law.

The publication is addressed to researchers, doctoral students, law students, and practitioners interested in contemporary challenges in the national and European legal space.

The publication can be read in electronic form on the SGMK Publishing House website: https://www.sgmk.edu.pl/sgmk-publishing/#wspolczesne-wyzwania-prawne
