SGMK Signs Cooperation Agreement with SKPL Cargo Sp. z o.o.

The Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School (SGMK) has entered into a cooperation agreement with SKPL Cargo Sp. z o.o. This marks an important step toward strengthening ties between the academic world and the business sector. The partnership outlines a wide range of initiatives to be carried out using the intellectual, organizational, and technological resources of both parties. On behalf of SGMK, the agreement was signed by Wojciech Kondrat, Chancellor of SGMK.

The cooperation will focus on supporting the educational process and improving the job market prospects of SGMK graduates. Thanks to this partnership, the University will not only be able to adapt the curriculum to the real needs of the industry, but also to organize internships and apprenticeships that help students gain their first professional experience.

The agreement also provides for the implementation of joint research and development projects, the advancement of innovative technologies, and support for their deployment. The planned initiatives include educational activities such as training sessions, workshops, seminars, and conferences, jointly organized by both parties.

A key aspect of the partnership is the active involvement of an SKPL Cargo representative on the SGMK Stakeholders Council. This will enable the University to respond more effectively to evolving labor market demands and to tailor its academic offerings to better meet employers’ expectations.

For both the University and the Partner, the agreement provides a foundation for developing modern solutions in education, science, and technology. The collaboration may lead to initiatives that deliver tangible benefits for students, academic staff, and the broader socioeconomic community.
