Academic cooperation in the area of joint academic activities, publishing and exchange of library resources is envisaged in the letter of intent signed today between SGMK and UKSW. The signatories of the letter are Prof. Dr. Gertruda Uścińska, Rector of Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School, and Rev. Prof. Ryszard Czekalski, Rector of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
The letter of intent on scientific cooperation is aimed at supporting the development of science and higher education for the benefit of society, as well as enhancing of the scientific and teaching potential of both Universities.
In the area of scientific publishing, the SGMK and UKSW publishing houses will collaborate on co-publishing publications, monographs, scientific journals and collective works under the auspices of SGMK and UKSW.
Cooperation will also facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between researchers, doctoral candidates and students, as well as sharing of library resources.
The activities undertaken are expected to contribute to boosting scientific excellence and supporting the scientific development of academic staff.
