The new issue of the Copernican Journal of Law is now available

The latest issue of the Copernican Journal of Law combines theoretical reflection with practical legal dilemmas, presenting articles with a clear interdisciplinary dimension. The authors address topics related to the relationship between law and new technologies, the functioning of public administration, and contemporary institutional challenges. The common denominator of the six articles is the question of the limits of law and the tools available to legal communities to cope with the dynamic changes in reality.

The issue includes texts by authors representing five foreign research centers: the National University of San Marcos (Peru), the University of Rome “Foro Italico” (Italy), the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (Italy), Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (Slovakia), and Tangaza University (Kenya), as well as one domestic center—Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. The editorial team aims to provide theoretical impulses and practical tools useful for researchers, practitioners, and authors of public institution reforms.
